  1. Police use of personal phones to record conversation

Is this not a breach of human rights? Breach of data protection? Breach of PACE? Or anything like that?
  2. What if you have a meeting as a complainant against police at your home address and the officers who attend record your conversation on their personal mobile phones (in their stab vest) allegedly in order to fully document their pocketbooks verbatim without you knowing they were recording you at the time this was happening. With regards to the data once transcribed into their pocket notebooks it was to be deleted by the officers This has only been found out retrospectively Is there a offence here? Could the officers get disciplined or sacked
  3. Personal mobile phones on duty?

On this note guys. What if you have a meeting as a complainant at your home address and the officers record your conversation on their personal mobile phones allegedly in order to fully document their pocketbooks verbatim without you knowing they were recording you at the time if this happening. Is there a offence here? Could the officers get disciplined or sacked
  4. Theoretical Unlawful arrest

Police Constable "A" recieves information a person "B" has a warrant out for his arrest and bail conditions not to be at Location A and not to interfere with Prosecution witness A On attendance at Location A - the constable can hear a breach of peace occuring at the Location. On entering the person "B" is present and moves towards constable "A" with fists clenched and refusing to speak. As a result of this person "B" is arrested on: Suspicion of Breach of Bail Assualt Police and booked into custody ---------------------------------- Later on at custody the courts bail condition state not to interfere with Prosecution Witness A who lives next door. Not to attend Location A with a error - Instead of saying "XXXXX Road" it states "XXXXX Court" by error. However the address the offender was located at is the victims address and the reason he is on bail in the first place proving its a typing error by the courts. Is this still a lawfull arrest or not even though due to a technicality in the following investigation no breach of bail has actually occured
  5. Applied to the police recently and not long ago i recieved a letter back from them and an attached application form. This form was basically the first part again - gender, national insurance, religion, am i a transferee or pcso or special etc. I originally Applied Online. The letter i recieved stated: RE: Application for the Position of Police Constable Further to your application for the above post, please can you complete the attached candidate registration form for our records. Please return as soon as possible. Any ideas on this - Is it a good sign? or just standard process Any insight will be helpful (Title on the form was - Candidate Registration V2)
