Hi, I have my initial interview in 2 weeks time, I am nervous and struggling to understand certain aspects of the interview.
What are the interviewers looking for during competency based questions?(is it just to see if you have a basic understanding of the competencies?)
How many questions are there in total in relation to job knowledge and competencies?
Finally, when asked about job knowledge are you left to spiel out as much as you know or is it just a specific question about the probationary period ext.?
Any other tips are much appreciated!
