    It was a challenge yes. But if you apply yourself in studying and can keep your head during the interview all will be well. I had never done a competency based interview or a panel interview so it was a big learning curve. The whole process is an emotional rollercoaster lol

    Learn your local divisional priorities. And learn about equality and diversity. Make sure all your answers for the competencies are in star method. Although job knowledge questions dont have to be. Make your answers flexible because you will need to fit them in to the question asked. I would write them as short phrases or trigger points.

    Just be prepared for them all. It wont hurt. The interview is shorter than the first one. Can anyone tell me the months of the intakes? I know there is one in march and one june.

    Thanks. Formats the same. Generally shorter. Felt more relaxed than the first time round. Just be calm and engage your brain before talking. 😂

    If you are following the STAR method loosely you should be OK. Just try and get a positive and a negative answer for each competency. Don't try to remember pages of answers and write everything in short points like Que cards as such. That way you will be more likely to fit it into most questions for that competency. Hope that is of some help.

    In my initial interview i got asked "Tell us about a time your emotions affected you at work" which is easier to gauge but frustration is linked to emotion and personal awareness is basically how your emotions impact your performance.
