Hi everyone, thought I'd start a thread for people who are starting with Strathclyde on the January 9th intake. I have been a member of the forum under the name Samba72 but for some reason I can't access that account so have set up under this name.

Anyway enough of that, had my medical today and also got fitted for uniform. Just final fitness on the 7th of December to go before starting on the 9th of January. Really looking forward to it and the challenge of a new career.

I'm coming from a long career in the military and am ready for a change. Hope that others who are starting in January will post on here and we can use it to get to know each other a bit before we start.
