Hi

Not sure if you can help, we are looking at applying for a visa to go to New Zealand, part of this process if police checks.

When my husband was 15 (he's now 35), he received a caution for possession of a 'spliff', he has not been in any trouble since.

Will this be picked up on the police check, just don't want to declare something that won't be on there anymore or likewise don't want to be seen to hiding anything.

Thanks for any advice.
