New member. Vetting help.

Recommended Posts

Hi all.

So i have been awaiting vetting clearance in order to become a contact handler, received a letter stating application terminated at vetting stage and that theu are unable to disclose why.

Obviously this is uosetting news and i would like to appeal.

Pretty certain its nothing to do with me or my wife and having spoken to my dad he was in a fair bit of bother when younger with convictions for GBH and criminal damage. Theses where however over 30 years ago. He was tagged 9 years ago for fraud. He worked for a skip hiring firm and was caught hiring them out on the side.

Would he be down to him?

Im not sure how i can appeal something if i dont know the facts for certain.
