    Becoming an AFO

Hi i was just wondering if there is anyone out there who could shed some light on the path to becoming an AFO. Was just wondering on what sort of age and experience they look for? I am 23 now and joining as a special with possibly the hope of going regular. Is it to late for me to achieve that sort of position? How many years beat experience do they expect and is there any skills or training which could be recomended to increase the chance of getting accepted? Also how do people move on to SFO's and become SCO19 officers? Also do other constabularies have SCO19 style teams or is that met only? Any info would be much appreciated
