Hi there ladies and Gents,

Just wondered if there was anybody who has recently completed the Final Interview and Presentation for Norfolk? I'm in the process of preparing for mine which is on the 16th !!!!!! I hoped somebody might give me the benefit of their experience in so much as how the interview is structured, is it a more casual affair after the AC interview? I appreciate you can't tell me the questions you were asked but some indication as to the areas being covered would be appreciated.

Any help or advice on the subject would be really really appreciated..

Many thanks in advance.

Regards

Gareth

Hi there. I had my final board interview for Norfolk in april. Your made to feel much more welcomed and relaxed than what you were at the assessment centre. You will do your 10 mins presentation infront of a panel of 2-3 people.( Usually someone from HR, and probs a superintendent).

Then theyll ask you to sit down and ask you around 10-12 questions, but obviously i cant tell you these. After this they will ask you to wait in the reception area for around 5 mins whilst they decide your fate!

All the best mate!

Many thanks for the advice buddy. I had the final interview and Presentation yesterday and Passed ! I still can't quite believe it but I am so happy.

It was so Nerve racking but they did make me feel very comfortable.

Just the Medical and Uniform fitting now !

How long did you have to wait after your Uniform fitting etc to start ?
