Impersonation legislation?

Recommended Posts

For a upcoming independent skit film.

It is planned that someone will wear a Arktis High Vis Vest similar to the one used by British Police forces, while driving a car.

If the vest does not say "Police" or any other police related wording can this be classed as imitating a police officer in Scotland. The Vests are readily available on the Internet. If no comments were made about being a police officer would you be allowed to wear one in the street?
