The interview is similar to the one you already had. The main part of this day is your morning assessment.

You now know how to handle the interview part so just relax and be yourself for the assessment. Make sure your are involved but not overpowering and help others who you feel need it.

You don't need parade shoes and to be honest your passing out parade will likely be the last you will wear them. I only used one pair of boots my whole time there

Please do not try to second guess the questions. Have your homework done regarding the competency's and be able to think on your feet. More importantly RELAX.

I would think its more important that you appear calm and relaxed during your interview. I also think they will be more impressed by someone who can think on their feet rather than a person who has a pre rehearsed answer to every question.

Don't worry I have very little body hair and had my hair cut the day before. I had no idea that they need 3cm from your head They took it from my arm pits. ( plenty deodorant )

The training is mostly classroom based with practical exercises after you have completed each unit. Practicals on Evidence, Crime, GPD, and Roads Policing. You will also complete a knowledge check exam on completion of the four units.

They are expecting to open early 2018 (that's according to police Scotland website)

Your supervisor should be ok as they will know that sometimes listing certain people can be a bit sensitive. Good Luck
