Hopefully nail it to the old standard but with it going down to 5.4 Im confident I'll pass that. I'm the same hate running, found joining a running club makes it so much easier. I put mine in around 2 weeks ago for East Command. Got the holding email within 48 hours. I then received confirmation of my application reaching East Command itself today. Where are you applying? Good Luck Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Really informative thanks a lot for that. I'm at application stage and starting to think ahead hoping all goes well. Unfortunately my fitness has been just short in the past so with the test going down I think I'm in for a good shot. Saying that I am out running so expect still to smash the new 5.4.
